# Restrictions

Access and Use Restrictions:

1. **Prohibited Countries**:\
   You are not permitted to purchase or use our Products and Services if you are a resident, citizen, or entity of the following: Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America and People's Republic of China (PRC)
2. **Sanctioned and High-Risk Jurisdictions**:\
   Access is restricted for individuals or entities from countries under international sanctions or identified as high risk and uncooperative by FATF. These include but are not limited to:
   * Afghanistan
   * Belarus
   * Cuba
   * Iran
   * North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea)
   * Sudan and South Sudan
   * Syria
   * Venezuela
   * Myanmar
3. **Regulatory Considerations**:
   * This website is not designed for audiences in the United Kingdom and may not comply with the UK Financial Promotions Regime. UK visitors are advised to leave the site immediately.
   * Our Products and Services may not be available in regions where they are restricted or prohibited by local laws, including services like Remittix.
4. **Sanctioned Individuals and Entities**:\
   You may not access or use our Products or Services if you are on any international sanctions list, including those maintained by the US Treasury Department or the EU.
5. **Technical Restrictions**:
   * You are prohibited from using a VPN or similar tools to attempt to access our services or obfuscate your IP address.
   * Devices, systems, or browsers designed to mask location or identity are not allowed for accessing our services or purchasing products.
